Day 2 – Onvio User Experience
Thomson Reuters Onvio User Experience (UX) Day is a unique opportunity for you to play a vital role in shaping our future solutions.
You will rotate between three interactive sessions, designed to give you the opportunity to offer feedback on the initial design and use of our cloud products ahead of the full release.
Empathy & User Journey Mapping
This session focuses on your decision-making process to influence the design of our Onvio solutions. We guide you through methods to help us to understand your user behaviour and identify any pain points. This gives us the opportunity to gain product feedback in a very straightforward way.
Usability testing
In this one-to-one hands-on session, you test Onvio in real time and complete typical tasks, while Thomson Reuters staff observe. Our goal is to identify any usability problems, collect data and determine your satisfaction with the product.
Co-operative Design
During this workshop, you actively plan and design your ideal Onvio dashboard. This creative design process plays a vital role in shaping Onvio, to help us create a solution that meets your needs.
