About the presenters

Kathryn Cearns: is a Chartered Accountant with a varied career in technical accounting, auditing and related aspects of the law. She was Chair of the ICAEW Financial Reporting Committee for 10 years, and prior to that a Project Director at the Accounting Standards Board. She was also an advisor to the Chair of the Auditing Practices Board as it brought UK auditing standards into line with International standards, and in the original development of the ethical standard for auditors. Kathryn has been involved as a contributor and adviser to the development of our UK product and will continue to do so as we develop our UK suite further.

Kyle Gibbons: is the Head of Global Accounts at Confirmation, Thomson Reuters. Kyle previously trained as an auditor at Grant Thornton and is a regular speaker on the topics of technology and fraud risk across accounting and finance.
